Trips and Boatlists

One main part of DCO is the boatlist. If you organize one of your daily trips, you can just add all your actual clients to a boat - with a double-click. The system will automatically prepare all information about the equipment for the customers, the briefings and diveroster for the instructors and many things more. With only a few clicks you are able to administrate the complete trip.

By the way: per trip you can enter up to 4 instructors, up to 5 dive sites and as many clients as you want.

Supporting your organisation

Do you collect on a daily base the rental equipment from your guest to protect them from beeing stolen? Do you prepare the rental equipment for your guests to be faster on the boat in the morning or just to serve the customer in a better way?

DCO supports you with detailled information about the rental equipment you have to prepare. Or DCO tells you, which equipment every customer have to bring back to you!

Other advantages

Many little features will give you a lot of benefits. For example you find on the boat list everybody specially highlighted who is celebrating his birthdate. The instructor can congratulate him.

Or you can - but you don't have to - enter the information after the dive from the diveroster into DCO - depth, time, air consumption, etc. The result of this is, that you can print out logbook reports and labels for every client. That's service, isn't it?

To you collect customers from other places on a daily base? No problem - DCO will report you a daily schedule with information for the driver, where to pick up clients and what the room numbers of their hotel are (if the driver have to call from the reception). The same for the transfer back after the dive.

Booking the daily items and services

One of the most impressive functions within DCO is, that you can book all items and services according to the boat list extremly easy and fast. Just select your boatlist in DCO, select a service (e.g. "single dive") and with two clicks you have booked the single dives on every customers invoice.

If you read this carefully you will maybe ask, that it makes no sense if you have for example 13 single dives on a guest invoice. For this you have dive packages with a reduces price. Congratulation: you have found out, where one of the advantages of DCO is, because with one click on the guest invoice all this single dives will be replaced with packages and lower prices - according to the rules you have defined. In this example, the customer will have 3 single dives with a reduced price and a 10-dive-package on his invoice. EASY, POWERFUL and FAST!

Booking boat expensens
Do you have trip oriented expenses you have to pay every day? Nothing easier then that - just enter the amount on the boatlist and DCO will book this automatically on the right account for the selected boat.

Instructor commission
Do you pay any trip oriented commission to the instructors? For example for an early morning dive or for a night dive? Or do you pay only trip oriented fees to the instructors?
DCO makes it very easy to book these commissions. As you have already selected all the instructors from the boat, you have to enter just the amount on the specific line and click on the booking button. That's it. At the end of the month the instructor will have these bookings on his payroll.
