Instructor database

All your employees can be entered in DCO and you can administrate many information about your human resources.

Salaries and payrolls

You can specify for every single person and month, how many days he have worked and DCO is booking the salary on the specific account and payroll.

Even individual bookings you can do on the instructor account. If somebody have to pay a fee for coming too late or if somebody get's an extra bonus - everything is possible.

Working days

For the planning and for documenting you can enter all the working days for your employees. You can enter, which day somebody was sick, in holiday, unpaid leave, etc. You can even customize this list of working day types by yourself.

Commission
On every item you can specifiy if there is an instructor receiving any commission. As soon as you book such an item on a guest invoice you have to select the specific instructor. The commission, which can be a percentage of the amount the customer has to pay or a fixed amount, will be booked automatically on the instructors payroll.
If you pay different commission to different level of instructors (e.g. 10% for an instructor and 5% for a divemaster) then you can enter an individual factor on everybodys data. The commission will be multiplied by this factor.

Reports
Apart from the payrolls you can print many statistics about the working days, etc.
