| Items and services |
| A complete item database is integrated in DCO where
you can administrate not only your items but also your
services. For every entry you can select if there is
a stock for that item or not and if yes, you can maintain
the stock with deliveries and sells. |
| Apart from the basic information like the name and
price of an item/service you can also select if it appears
on the pricelist, if it is possible to book that item
on the express boat list booking, enter a detailed description
and for stock items who is delivering this item with
which price and item number (suppliers item number). |
| Maintenance |
| On many items you can also activate the maintenance-control.
If you have to do maintenance for your regulator or
tanks you can just activate that on the items and you
can schedule and report all the maintenance work you
have to do. |
| Item rules |
| As already desribed in the boatlist section you can
set up rules, how DCO should automatically re-calculate
the guests invoice. For every item you can define as
many rules as you want to change prices or items/services
(e.g. replace 10 single dives with a 10-dive-package). |
